Hi doctor, I was on antibiotics for around 30 days for viral fever and fissure around 2 months ago but after that I am having extreme tiredness and sometimes diarrhea and anxiety , I have taking probiotics too but still no improvement

Chronic constipation
I had constipation from 10 years pass motion daily but hard stools. Recently 2 months back piles and fissure laser surgery also happened. When taking cremaffin syrup only passing softly stools or else with any other like freego powder pass stools with pressure only. Tried lintide 72 tablet also, with that watery diarreha happening. Taking fiber food like kiwi, prunes, guava, coconut etc food and 2.5 liter water but still hard stools only. My weight 48 kgs. What can be the solution for me.
