I have a lump in right buccal mucosa in my mouth ...it is totally painlesss and is not causing any problem to me .....my doctor told me it is frictional keratosis and grinded my teeth and given me kenakort ointment..... but after 15 days of applying kenakort and taking sm fibro tablet.. there is no improvement and is looking same. I am chewing gutkha from 5 yrs...is there any chance of oral cancer here ...plzzz guide me what should be my next step...

I have noticed a bad smell lingering in my mouth for some time now. When I mix a little hydrogen peroxide in a water flosser and use it around all the teeth and gumline, I notice the odour disappears for a day or two and slowly the smell starts to come back. What's happening ? What's the solution ?
