When I'm doing shoulder workouts, such as Pushups or Indian Pushups (Dand), a ticking sound comes from my both shoulders as I do workout. It is painless but sounds with every movement.

Knee strain and pain
I have right knee pain..i took mri..i shows i have strains in my knee and swelling in both knee..its paining a lot..only my right knee is paining..my age is 34..weight is 55kg..height is 159cm..I m unable to stand for 5 mins and walk for 5 mins..pain is unbearable..currently not taking a medicine..what do i do know?? I have pain near my tailbone, but only while sleeping. When I try to change positions in bed, the pain is extremely severe, and I need support to turn over. I’ve had this pain for almost 5 years, but it has become slightly worse after delivery. I don’t have any pain or difficulty while sitting, standing up, or walking.
