Patient History: The patient is a post-operative coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) patient, approximately 1 year post-surgery. Recent Hospitalization: One week ago, she presented with acute nausea. She was admitted to the hospital where her original bypass surgery was performed. Over a 3-day admission, diagnostic workups including comprehensive blood tests were conducted, all of which reportedly returned within normal limits. She was subsequently discharged 2 days ago. ​Current Acute Symptoms: Within the last 24 hours (starting last night), the patient has developed new-onset neurological symptoms. These include a persistent tingling sensation ("pins and needles") and numbness localized to specific areas, including the periorbital region (around the eyes), the lips, and the head, which she describes as affecting her full body.

Post Pulmonary embolism (Thrombectomy)

I had pulmonary embolism last month for which I had thrombectomy. Currently on Apixaban treatment. Which specialist should I consult for further treatment. Shall I consult an Interventional cardiologist?

My father had a major heart attack last month . After performing an angiography, the doctor has advised bypass surgery along with mitral valve replacement or repair. His current Ejection Fraction is 25, and he is also diabetic.

My mother has thyroid Problem and BP and 3 years ho chuka menopause this is her medical Problem but my mother has heart beat fast and when he talk he felt chest discomfort and fatigue frequently i guess is this heart problem or heart attack i m so sacred tell me plzz

High HSCRP & GGT

My father had angioplasty on 7th Jan 2026. He is under below medication. Also I have attached the blood report. I wanted to know- 1- Is GGT elevated level is because of Atorva or daily consumption of home made Paneer or the Tab Uprise 60k which he took for 12 weeks as his Vit D was 18 few months back? And how to overcome this? 2- His HSCRP is 2.88 now.. is this concerning ? How to lower it down? He eat healthy diet. Daily 40 grams of Paneer as protien and good amount Of fruits ( apple,Avacardo, Papaya, Dragonfruit). Also he walks 5 KMs daily on an average. He is under below medication:- Ecosprin 75 mg -  1-0-0 Prasudoc 10 mg- 1-0-0 Atorva 20mg- 0-0-1 Nikoran 5mg - 1-0-1 Concor 2.5mg - 0-0-1 Tazloc 20mg-  1-0-0 Orofer XT - 1-0-0 Montek lc & Venusia Sera Plus cream- because of itching due to Psoriasis Duphalc - SOS
