Blepharitis

I had severe dandruff for many years. Recently i consulted skin specialist who has put me on Terbinafine 250mg for 21 days add kitakonasol shampoo for severe dandruff. The dandruff has affected my face, beard area and also neck and shoulders. I was having some issue on my eyelids which I showed to skin specialist who advise me to consult an eye specialist for treatment of blepharitis. Please suggest some medicines for the same

Burning in eyes

I am suffering from severe burning sensation in. My eyes for two days. Due to extreme heat and humidity I am continuously sweating. And the water drops falls in my eyes continuously. I take cold water and split into my eyes. But there is no cure. Please suggest some eye drop. It is urgent. Regards

Lasic for eye

I took dns with sinusitis surgery 6 months back i had allergy ige value is 471 with allergic asthma and migraine can i take lasic for eye (5.75 for both eyes)will it have any problem in future if i take lasic for eye with allergy

Dry eyes and slight irritation

My vision no. is L-2.25, R-2.75 My eyes are dry and these days there is some kind of itching or irritation in my eyes which after rubbing become less for 4-5 mintues but in morning time it is slightly more even after splashing water on face with open eyes.Sometimes I rub ice cubes covered in cloth for lesser the itching in my eyes but it lasts only for few hours. Suggest me eye drops for this solution. Do I also need to minimize my screentime ??

Genteal gel

Most respected opthalmologists here 🙏🏻. Can I instill Genteal gel twice a day, along with lubimoist eye drops also twice a day. Keeping a 4 hour gap between these. Genteal gel once at noon & once at bedtime. Morning -Evening lubimoist eye drops. My eyes are sensitive and get severely dry & suffer from MGD as well. Warmest Regards 🙏🏻
