I have consulted various dermatologists before. They gave me medicines and dont working. A white milky colour surrounded on my scrotum area. Thighs is chaffing. The worst part is it come along with a smell. Currently no itching no redness. But a worst smell from groin area. The smell is identified by every man and looking at my groin area. Shameful moment. The smell is projecting and high intense smell. Also sometime my balls have light burning sensation. What to do. I want effective and immediate treatment. I have consulted many doctors before.. Despite of this I don't have any pain while urination or erection... I feel only little tightness while erection... I don't want any surgery I want to cure it at home without any surgery..

I accidentally rubbed my penis while sleeping about 2 days ago. Since then, I have had pain at the tip of the penis, especially while urinating and when pressure is applied to the tip. I also used a bidet jet before all this happened to wash the area a couple of times, which may have worsened the irritation. There is no blood in the urine. Please advise whether this is likely due to friction-related irritation or if further evaluation is needed.
