I take 20 units of Human MIXTARD 30/70 insulin in the morning and 20 units in the evening. HM 30/70 is not available in medical stores and a Medical Doctor mentioned that the company is stopping production altogether. My query is : Can I take Huminsulin 30/70 instead of HM 30/70? Will the dosage remain remain the same? Thank you.

Needs advice

Hi Currently I am taking diabetic medicines like glimmy 1 mg and Gliciphage 250 and Becosules syrup and Omega 3 fish capsules . Can you suggest if I can take supradyn multi vitamin tablets along with current medicines. If yes should I maintain any gap between these medicines and subradyn tablets?

Suggest all hormone tests

I had COVID in 2020. The only symptom I had then was a very severe headache. But after that, my body started changing fast. I feel like I am aging quickly, I have brain fog, often infection, muscle loss, skin becoming dark, deep facial wrinkles every morning, and loss of erection. Can any doctor please suggest all the important hormone tests? I want to start with complete hormone testing first, and later, if any hormone is low, I will do further tests based on the reports.
