Which betablocker can we kept as emergency if we have psvt or wpw afib or wpw  which helps in both situation as previously two time my pulse rate reach 170-180  bpm i don't what is that as I have read if there wpw with afib bisoprolo or certain betablocker should not  give because first time after three hours of palpitations ecg done which normal short pr internval after that I start taking betablocker than pr internval in ecg coming normal is pr internval coming in normal range due to betablocker

NO DISCHARGE NO PUS FROM PENIS NO OTHER SYMPTOM I use condom for sex me a boy One time vagina sex done Till 20 minutes no condom break Then its break wear new condom that time Its Hiv Risk?? My penis head look normal Urine test and blood sugar test comes Normal Today doctor given me doxycycline medicine 2 times in a day and Pantop morning 1 tablet

Continuous fever from 5 days

I have been suffering from fever since 5 days, with huge cold shivering & huge headache with body pain, some problem in liver also , Today's I have done some blood test. Reports are below Dengu test : Dengu Ns1.    -     Positive Dengu lgM.    -       Negative Dengu lgG.     -        Negative LFT test. AST    -          80.4          U/L.       <31 ALT     -         44.5.        U/L.       < 34 ALP    -        122.5.       U/L.          35-105 CBC test TLC        -       3090.  Cell/cmm.  4000-10000 Platelet Count. - 1.12.  Lakh/cmm.  1.5-4.5 Absolute Lymphocytes Count - 0.72  - 1-3 RDW CV.      -       14.2. %.      -      11.5-14.0 PCT.         -      0.103.      %        0.108 - 0.282 Sir Please suggest best advice & medicine for treatment?

Vitamin D level low

My vitamin D level is 8 ng/ml. Should i take vitamin D3 60000IU or General Vitamin D3 tablets. Even my wife's Vitamin D is 5 ng/ml. She always have body pain after doing some household work. What vitamin D dosage is right and safer to be taken

Burning sensation in feet

Non diabetic, no bp issue. Regular jogger since last 20 yrs. Steps abt 20K a day. Walk 30 mts after food ( 3 times a day ). Do regular stretching exercises. Inspite of this getting lot of burning sensation in feet. Subsides if use Ice pack 2-3 times a day. Normal feet sole structure. Vit D3, B12, Thyroid profile, sugar profile, Liver, lipid, kidney profile normal. Most blood parameters are normal. Kindly suggest some remedial measures. I cannot do away with my running regime.
