Whenever I go in sun, my skin becomes dry. Also, I have acne scars. I am asking to recommend me some good moisturizer and SPF. Can I use tretoine for acne scars?

Hi, I have been suffering from rashes in inner thigh, although there is no itching, but it is turning to dark red and I require some solution for this. I also suspect it to be chafing or jock itch but would definitely need some guidance and some solution to resolve this.
Black heads & ingrown hair on thighs
I wax my legs so I've ingrown & blackheads on my inner thighs. The skin is quite lose over there and due to manual removal of both red spots have been created on my thighs.
