I have red spots all over my body and swellling at time. I took steroids which led to weight gain and hives are still not cured.

Can I use spf 30 sunscreen during winters and spf 50 during summers. Can I change spf every season or should I use consistently one. Please suggest. Thank you.
Feeling like someone is pushing, dizzy
Hi doctors, Can anyone let me know/diagnose my problem Symptoms from 40 days : 1) Continuous dizziness throughout the day. 2) feeling like some one is pushing from back , body is slightly swinging and moving forward. 3) tingling in lower eye nerve (started from 2 days) 4) Tingling of nerves in whole body mostly in legs and hands. 5) cramps /low blood supply to hands while in sleep. 6) slight blurred vision sometimes. Tests done: BP is normal, blood sugar is normal, iron, calcium is normal, B12 is 770, Vit D is 27.5, Electrolytes are normal, brain CT scan is normal, Neck X Ray is normal. History: Took long term antibiotics, NeuroMed (Pregabalin+methyl cobalamin) for 8 months for 8 months chronic Prostatitis under urologist. Are these side effects or some other issue I'm worried please help me.
Body Itching at Night since a week
Hello Doctor, I am observing this strange problem since a week. I am suffering from itching at night 90% and 10% in day time. I am feeling inconvenience and also disturbing my sleep at night.
