Dr. Raghunandan completed his MBBS from JJM Medical College, Davanagere. Further, he completed MRCS in General Surgery from Royal College of Surgeons of England, the UK and pursued MD from University of London and FRCS in General Surgery from Royal College of Surgeons of England, the UK. He has more than a decade of experience in GI surgery including all aspects of minimal access surgery (Laparoscopic and Robotic surgery) involving oesopago-gastric and colorectal surgery. He also specialises in management of ano-rectal conditions such as haemorrhoids, anal fistula and anal fissure providing up-to-date therapies for these conditions. He is also trained in upper GI tract endoscopy and colonoscopy including therapeutic procedures. Additional skill set includes treatment of complex abdominal wall hernias and Inguinal (groin area) hernias employing both laparoscopic and conventional techniques. He has authored in many publications in peer-reviewed journals, both at national and international level.
