I have gastric problem from some time which causes chest pain and burn but its coming to normal now not facing this regularly but there is a chronic cough which is there stuck in my throat which makes it hard to swallow sometimes. And a thick white layer appears on my tongue which makes my mouth dry and sour . It usually appears in the morning and when i wash it off it goes off and again comes in some time . When i rub my teeth against my tongue it feels like there is some hairy substance present on my tongue which is very sour and makes my mouth dry. Any suggestion why this is happening and how can it be treated .
