My mother fell on temple stairs the injury seemed to recover when she slipped on the wet mud but did not fall and somehow managed to balance but seems to have impacted the earlier injury. We performed MRI attaching the report. Please advise on further course of action?

I went on walk on 3-4 days back and i was having some discomfort on the left side of my hip.
