I have just found out I am pregnant (4 weeks). Conceived in the first attempt and naturally. Before this I was doing some moderate exercise and walking everyday. I am due for my appointment with the doctor on Tuesday. Meanwhile, can I continue to exercise? Is there something I should avoid? Is it absolutely necessary to wait till ultrasound to see if it's safe to exercise or can I continue? Would highly appreciate a direct answer as not being active is making me feel worse.
I had an unproctected sex with husband on 15th of may. But i got periods on 2nd of june. But again on 14th i got spotting . One of my friend told me to test for pregnancy. It got positive. I went to ultrasound scan. But couldn't get the right results. Ans also they told there is hemorrhagic cyst . Am i a pregnant?
