Hi I had gone to a doctor for hurt in leg..he checked my bp , it was 160 by 80. I had eaten 20 mins prior the check . He had checked in digital I came home , took shower bath and checked my bp again thru digital ..took 4 readings 1) 170 by 80 2) 158 by 80 3) 142 by 80 4) 130 by 80 I am 44 just turned man , never had bp issues , never took medication, my last sugar reading in November was 80 fasting sugar and hb1ac at 4.8 . What exactly is my bp reading? It came down after I came home and took bath My sleep for last week has been effected but no other symptoms Pls advise.
