Headache and heaviness in head

Headache atleast once a week and getting better after vomiting...severe headache...no cold and fever
Woke up with right side facial weakness inability to blow i think of bells palsy .. taking prednisolone 60mg for days with valacyclovir . Slight improvement of day 4 . What should i do more . Should i go for physiotherapy or do it ourself. Kindly help very much scared.. does it have antmything to do with blood pressure.. i have 136/96 bp .
My nephew have epileptic syndrome from one month.Dr prescribed some anti epileptic medicines and he took it time to time. He was advised to do MRI.Test has been done two days before. Report shows some impression. He is normal usually but sometimes get paused suddenly for 30 - 40 sec ,even after taking medicine properly. My question is what MRI indicates about this?is there major problem in brain? Please reply
