Both biceps and shoulder pain

For the last two months, I have been feeling severe shoulder pain and biceps pain on both sides of the symmetrical, as prescribed by Dr I am taking etoshine 90 mg for 3 weeks but after quitting pain again feeling, pain also feels in palm and finger tips are red both side symmetrical

I have been having bone issues

My bones have become weak and pain a little, it feels calcium deficient. No strength and I can feel that it has become weak, while walking. Will homeopathy help me with this, I am taking calcerea phos 6x. As I heard it can help in strong bones along with vit d 60k, and calcium foods like milk and others. What did I do?

Heel pain right foot

After walking I get heel pain only right foot.. morning first step very painful after sometime gets normal..resting for a while pain increases and then normalizes only heel no swelling at all ..need suggestion

I injured my right foot/leg on 08.04.2026. Initial X-ray is attached. I had a temporary cast for 10 days followed by a permanent cast for 21 days. Today, the cast was removed, and a new X-ray is attached. Please review the X-rays and advise whether there is improvement/healing, and recommend the next steps for further recovery.
