Tmt falsely positive
I just wanted to know the reasons for tmt reports "falsely postive." I haven't exercised in a while and taking a lot of stress and anxiety.

Diagnosed with Afib RVR last year and was put on Cordarone 100 , 1-0-1 , prolomet XL 50 1-0-0 and Eliquis 2.5 1-0-1 for two months and stopped in October . Since there was a Afib incidence again the medicines were started March 15 this year same quantities and is being continued . Last two days had a nagging headaches in the evening and checked the night blood pressure shoots up to 170-180 and the next day when checked it comes under 135/80 readings . No symptoms, Normal walking and other activities no palpitation etc but it was showing Afib on the app. Can I increase the dosage of Prolomet50 or take Prolomet 25 in the night additional or take amlong 5 mg or other BP tablets in the evening till my doctor returns in June. Since my doctor is unavailable posted for opinion and suggestions.
3 months ago I had undergone an Angioplasty procedure with 4 stent. From last two months I'm having pulsating one sided headache accompanied with eye heaviness, weakness, dizziness which continues for hours and make it difficult to walk. I had done follow up few weeks ago and had done ECG, ECHO, Holter test, troponin I as well as highly sensitive troponin along with some blood test all of these reports came NORMAL except T4 with was 18. Even my diet is controlled which is mostly vegetarian and low fat. What could be the possible reason for these Symptoms? Is it migraine related or vitamin deficiency? Please guide.

Now both came normal but doctor just spend 30 seconds on doing echo. He put the probe on chest, asked me about family history n symptoms and completed the test in just a minute declaring its normal.. i have had echo before n it alwaus takes 5-7 minutes with doctor checking at various positions.. I spent 2k on this echo n now unsure whther i shud be feeling reassured with a normal report or worry that doing it hastily might have made him miss something Plz not i m not doubting his expertise
