Want genital examination due to PE

Hello doctor, i had one year back UTI infection which was treated by Nufutin tablet by urology, but now now had dribbling of urine while urination,Premature ejaculation and i loose my erections very quickly in standing position. So i had done semen culture and semen analysis but in semen analysis 6 to 8 hpf pus cells are present and semen culture is negative.
