Sir.i am getting frequent heart palpitations and feeling discomfort in the heart when lay down right side and when lay down if any pillow is kept under exactly below heart .I am getting frequent gas from anus ... please suggest me does it a serious condition.I am hearing my heart sound also
When I was 4 yrs suddenly...ek lump left side of neck ma develop hua...doc said apna aap theek ho jayega time k saath ..i remembered jab m 9 or 10 std ma tha lump jb bhi neck ma tha..now I am 21.. lump still now persists in my neck..not visible from outside...I am medical student Maina ek ENT sr se vi check krvaya she said ..it will fine...no breathing and swallowing problem..no fever and weight loss...bss psychological sochtu hu is it fine or not..din ma bar bar touch krta hu... guide me

Hi Doctors, I am having pain in my lower right ribs ending area in front and back side when that area is stretched or doing movement in a particular way. I had done ultrasound couple of weeks back and everything was normal except minor fatty liver. I had not done any exercises or heavy lifting to trigger muscular spasm/stretch . This also happened 3 4 months back and then was normal and now it is again there. Please suggest what it could be and how to over come it
I was having pain on backside of heels so I did take Uric acid test which comes out to be 7.22 and along with that did CBC and got to know my platelets count is 113. Is there need to worry about it? I have started taking caripill tablets and for Uric acid taking Febuxostat 40. Please let me know what caused this decrease in platlets.
