Rabies fear
How long does the rabies vaccine provide protection? I’ve taken around 13–15 doses over the past year because of my fear. B12, Vitamin D Deficiency & Fatigue
I am a 30-year-old male with persistent fatigue and low energy. My recent blood tests show Vitamin B12 <148 pg/mL and Vitamin D 11.8 ng/mL. Hb is 15.1 g/dL and CBC is otherwise normal. Thyroid, HbA1c, kidney function and most liver parameters are normal. I am vegetarian. Please advise on the appropriate treatment for these deficiencies, including whether oral B12 or injections are preferable, dosage and duration. Also, should I get any further tests to identify the cause of the severe B12 deficiency or investigate my fatigue? I can share the complete blood report.
Being overweight
My age is 23 and height is 5'1" and my weight is 74.7 kg. I gained almost 12-13 kgs from last 18 months and because of that I am suffering from multiple issues like my blood pressure is not in normal range sometime it raises and now my menstruation cycles are also irregular from last 2-3 months please give me some suggestions
Low ferritin levels
My ferritin levels are at 8.1 ng/ml Last year it was 12. But I was not prescribed any supplement as my hb was 12.4. I again did ferritin test by myself. I am 28 years old. I am having a lot of fatigue, dizziness, palpitations, anxiety and a high pulse rate, it's been a month and I am not able to do basic functions. I don't have the energy to leave my bed. Please suggest a good supplement. I am extremely tired and weak. Please help.
