Coronary artery Agatston score Left main (LM) 8.2 Left anterior descending (LAD) 32.3 Left circumfex (LCx) 30.5 Right coronary artery (RCA) 0.0 TMT Stress test is negative . My BP 140/ 90 remain constant during 9 min TMT 2D Echo Normal .except ,Left atrium 300 mm I am on medication for hypertension Telmisartan 40 mg. Lipid profile,all normal except HDL 34 Please suggest how critical is CT calcium score and overall heart health?
My wife is pregnant its about 8 months in last echo we found some impressions like Chambers look volume overloaded. Borderline dilated LV. Overall EF= 46%. Mild MR/ Mild+ TR. Mild PAH(PAP =43 mmHg) IVC normal size & shows normal respiratory variation. We are planning for c section Is she safe or there can be some serious situations.
