IIH, Disc bulge in neck

I was recently diagnosed to have IIH and disc bulge in C 2-3, 4-5, 6-7. I am also prone to suffer from allergies like sinus, nasal blockage from season change. I'm taking medicine for treatment for IIH. I get side effects like pinning sensation in feet, palms and mouth area. I also feel lethargic often. Is there any natural remedy to treat iih and disc bulge so that I could avoid the side effects of allopathic medicines or is it the only solution? Thanks in advance.

Nerve issue

My dad ,67 yrs, diabetic and heart patient is unable to walk as he feels some severe sensation in his feet. He was operated  5 yrs ago for heart blockage and got pace maker inserted. Since then he is facing issues and is getting worst. Heart specialist in fortis confirmed it is not heart related and has something to do with nerves and muscles which are getting weak due to inactivity. We have seen good doctors in fortis however nothing improved. Can you please suggest the possible solution and which specialist to visit for this?
