My daughter has grade 3-4 adenoids , grade 2 tonsils and sinus as well. I have used an antibiotic, immunity syrup and ibrufen syrup and after 5 days my child started relieve from the symptoms of nose drainage , weezing sound, nose block and snoring. She was doing completely good for around 15 days from the day of using the medicines.besides this i was also using nasal spray. But now she started showing the symptoms back. Not sure of why this is coming back again. Can you Plaese suggest. My ent has asked to avoid using antibiotics

I immediately purchased ear plug to protect my ear.However, could you please help me with any drops or suggestion?
