The entire right hand/arm feels uncomfortable, with numbness in the fingers. There is no known injury. I would like to understand whether this could be due to a nerve problem, circulation issue, or something cardiac/neurological, and whether I need urgent evaluation or any tests such as ECG.

Hi, I have been experiencing slight pin pointed pain and heaviness in the left part of the chest. I went to a cardiologist he performed 2D Echo and TMT. He said test results were good. Due to some vitamin deficiency it might happen. He suggested to use vit D3 6 lakh IU, 2 injections one per week. My current D3 levels are 39. My doubt is, is it safe to get that high amount of units of injection? Or I can use the 60K IU per week. Please suggest. If I go for high dose injection will it cause any issues?
