I have no symptoms now, except i had fever 25 days back, my CBC is normal now My doctor asked to do routine CT after i got recovered

Hello Doctor, My first problem started with chronic cough and breathing difficulty about 5 years ago. After that, I started getting headaches, joint pain, eye pain, chest pain & discomfort, and right side abdominal pain. I have taken treatment, but my symptoms are still continuing.
