Cat scratch rabies vaccination

I completed full rabies vaccination 4 dosage on 19th of February 2026 along with tt vaccine. But I got scratched today by an unvaccinated stray cat and I washed the area thoroughly with soap and water and disinfected it. Do i need to take full vaccination again?

I want to reduce my weight

After completing the tuberculosis treatment in this year February fully my weight has been increased alot. Before when I was affected by TB it was 53kg and then it became 55kg then slowly during treatment course it became 58 and now it has raised upto 62kg by this year now after march. I dont even eat outside meals,or non veg,I do yoga and even sleep on time.i dont even overeat homemade food too. And im not married. So what could be causing this sudden rise in weight? Im so worried and want to reduce 4kgs atleast soon. Becoming slim and fit.

Respected doctors Today I fell down on the road and bruised my knee. My last tetanus vaccine (normal tetanus vaccine + immunoglobulin, as prescribed for a dog bite) was taken in October 2024.
