But still 1 month vert discomfort feel left upper chest area...left breast usg done axillary lymph node seen 1.96x0. 76 cm.... Vert discomfort feel left side chest and nipple also discomfort feelness.. Ecg report also normal...breast and chest feel heavy i have asthma problem...and my mother also detected covid positive recently...

72-year-old male with history of tongue cancer. PET-CT shows low-FDG lung lesion and multiple bone lesions. Persistent lower back pain. ESR, CRP and ALP elevated. Kidney function and calcium normal. Bone marrow biopsy planned to rule out multiple myeloma versus metastatic disease. No leg weakness or bowel/bladder symptoms.
Hi,My father underwent prostate removal surgery (RARP) for prostate cancer on 18 May 2026. After the surgery, we did a PSA test on 5th July 2026, and the result came back as 0.55 ng/mL. Does this mean that the prostate cancer has returned? What should be the next steps? I am very worried.
