This is the first day I have seen a very tiny worm in urine..is it normal or anything to worry. Kindly suggest

Actually I got period on March 25..usually I will get period by day 25 but this month suddenly I got on 17th day like April 10...but actual period is on april 18 but now I get severe pre menstural stomach and leg pain as usual will I get period again...
My daughter is one year old and has labial fusion but she has no symptoms of painful urination. My doctor gave me estrogen cream for 2 weeks the outer separation is done but inner layer has not been separated yet. So if it doesn’t open my doctor suggested to a manual separation using local anaesthesia. So I am bit confused and nervous to wait till puberty or go for manual separation? Please guide me
