Hello Doctor, I am experiencing persistent acne on my cheeks with small red pimples, bumps, and dark spots left after healing. The skin texture has become uneven and slightly rough over time. I also notice occasional new breakouts despite basic skincare. This issue has been ongoing for some time and is affecting my confidence. I would like guidance on the exact cause and an effective treatment plan to reduce active acne and clear the marks. Please suggest suitable medications, skincare routine, and any precautions I should follow. I have oily acne prone skin Thank you.

Hi, I am having redness and itching under my foreskin. I tried consulting doctor for which they suggested Flucanozole and Candid Cream. It has been 2 months now but still there are no signs of improvement. There is a bad odour and buildup of smegma even after cleaning everyday with warm water now. Stopped using soap. Could this be a bacterial infection too and not just Fungal. Please help. The end of the penis head is swollen and red. There are also cuts developing under the foreskin which normally does not happen.
I am allergic to NSAID and Quinolone.
Hello Doctor, I have developed a painful pimple in my underarm area. It feels quite uncomfortable, especially when I move my arm or when there is friction against the skin. The area is tender and slightly swollen, and it has been bothering me for a while now.
I would like to know what this could be and whether it is something serious or just a minor skin issue. Could you please recommend any medication, ointment, or treatment that can help reduce the pain and make it heal faster? Also, are there any precautions or home remedies I should follow to avoid worsening the condition?
I would appreciate your guidance on how to get it back to normal as soon as possible. Thank you.
