I am 58 years old and married for over 30 years. Due to a rigid foreskin, the penis is not opening up and coming out from the foreskin. There is lot of pain if the foreskin is forcefully opened. Sexual intercourse is done with the foreskin. Sexual life is affected. However 2 children are born and are hale and healthy. Do I require cicumscion surgery at this advanced age. I am on insulin for my diabetes Type II for over 20 years. Kindly advice accordingly.
I am unable to retract the foreskin of my penis for the past 15 years. Earlier there was no concern regarding that. But now I am facing difficulties during sex. Is there an alternative to surgery?

Hello Dr., We married last year. But my wife is very least interested in sex. She don't want to get involved. She always says she is not in mood. Sometimes, rarely if she gets into mood, that time I could not hold my erection much longer which again makes me and her unsatisfied. Please help.
