I'm 33 have had periods since I was 14....they have always been regular until this past march when I was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease. Since then my periods have become irregular and this month my period is heavy...I'm soaking a pad every 2 hours which is unusual for me. Loss of period for months/not pregnant

I haven't had a period since the 23 of March. I always got cramps every month, but no bleeding. A couple of days ago I got my period it started off little and dark brown, then gradually lighten up. Now it's as red as ever with huge blood clots and runs down my leg. I bleed through everything. I have no energy and a huge headache that hasn't gone away. I have been breastfeeding my daughter for a little over 2.5 years and have never taken any birth control of any kind. My stomach hurts so bad.
