The MRI report of my ACL ligament tier is attached to this chat please guide me if it will be rehab without operation? I have taken medicine for a month and now have a month ahead of medicine and food, give clear guidance. can I wait by taking medicine. One more month?

Severe back knee pain since 3 weeks

My mother is suffering from severe back knee pain. Pain starts from the back of the knee and runs in the whole foot.No swelling or black - blue in the area. The only nerves in the area are black blue. Pain increases when she folds knee.if kept straight then nerves stiffness is there. A hot press makes the stiffness worse. She can't take the weight of her body. Can't walk.
