Persistent Vulvovaginal Itching and Odor

For the past 6 to 7 months, I have been experiencing persistent and intense vulvovaginal itching accompanied by a foul-smelling vaginal odor and even white discharge. The discomfort has been ongoing for half a year without resolving, and I would like to undergo an evaluation—including any necessary exams or swab tests—to identify the underlying cause, whether infectious or dermatological, and receive an appropriate prescription treatment plan.

Symetrical iugr placenta insufficiency

My wife had week 29 color doppler ultrasound and the fetal growth showing each part almost 2 week behind proportionate. HC, AC, FL all are equally behind. And she had placental insufficiency since week 12 and baby unambilical cords are normal. So, is this a genetic issue or because of placenta? Because placenta insufficiency cause asymetric iugr but ours showing symetric. Please advise

About wife problems

Hello I am consulting here for my wife health issues,she is well during pregnancy,no problem was there,but after baby born and baby boy 6 months,she has cyst on throat and doctor operated and said it is normal nothing to worry 2 she has allergy problem and in April she had miscarriage after that she faces many health problems and gynaecologist treatment well She had stomach pain than we go for ultrasound than she had urachal cyst and we go for another blood test than haemoglobin is 9.5 3 Than she had vaginal itching,white discharge and frequent urination,so she visited gynaecologist than doctor said for test but first she give so many medicine and call for follow up after five days and medicine are 1 fluconazole tab 2 flagyl 400 3 Zifi 200 4 DSr capsule 5 vaginal tab 6 montair lc for sneezing and alkasol syp and dolo for pain

Baby FGR in 8th month

Doctor, I wanted to seek your advice regarding my baby’s growth. In my 32-week growth scan, the baby’s estimated weight was around 1.2 kg, which is quite low, and the AC is also measuring significantly low.placenta is calcified Could you please advise me on what this indicates and whether there is any treatment, medication, IV drip, or any other intervention that can help improve the baby’s growth?  Medications and drips what dr giving me will that increase baby growth?? Also, please let me know how concerned I should be and what monitoring or precautions you recommend at this stage
