I have detected with Submandibular gland stone of arround 16 mm. Doctor suggested to operate the gland by external incision.
Is this surgery done under general anasthesia. How painful is the submandibular gland removal surgery. Will there be any pain immediately after the surgery once I will return in sense from anesthesia? If yes is there any option to eliminate this? I have phobia and fear of surgery.

Hello Doctor,
I have been facing these health issues since February:
I get very violent sneezing fits in the morning, sneezing around 5 to 10 times.
I also sneeze occasionally during the day or evening, about 2 to 4 times.
When I sneeze, my nose starts running, and then it goes away entirely within 1 to 2 hours.
I also sneeze 2 to 4 times at night, which causes my nose to get slightly blocked while sleeping.
Along with the sneezing, I have a persistent sore throat.
Please check my symptoms and prescribe the correct medicines and a nasal spray.
Thank you!
I have a history of earwax buildup. Recently, I had wax blockage in my left ear and used Clearwax ear drops. I have removed wax using ear buds and it came out and my hearing became normal.
Today, I felt irritation in my right ear and used an ear bud. Some wax came out, but I think the rest got pushed deeper. My hearing in the right ear is now reduced to around 30%.
I started using Clearwax drops again. There is no severe pain, dizziness, discharge, or fever. Should I continue the drops for a few more days, or do I need ENT wax removal? Is this anything serious??
