Concerned over facial structure

Hello Doctor, Can someone's facial structure, symmetry and appearance be changed  from an injury in the neck like in neck bone and nerves. 3 days ago in a fight with my brother. Just slight pain when I lift my head straight up So now I am concerned that it would have changed my facial structure appearance and symetry. So please answer
