Around 1 month ago while getting down from stairs i accidentally misses 1 step and fall ,now i am having left hip pain towards boundary of anus from 10 days 1 doctor i visited in person he told its L4 L5 related but i dont have any lower back pain or pain spreading in legs its totally localised in left hip boundary side and i am highly uncomfortable in riding bike there is no problem in walking bending and lying but when i sit on bike or bus seat its problematic. Right now i went 3 physio sessions including cupping,ultraconic waves, vibrational and dry needle therapy. Medications are acton or,myo-mr,gobedin -300. Pain is still there i need your valuable advice in this concern
