There are two lumps under my jaw on both sides and one lump in centre as well . I first noticed it 2 yrs ago since then it is of same size and does not increase or decrease. I have a history of earwax buildup. Recently, I had wax blockage in my left ear and used Clearwax ear drops. The wax came out and my hearing became normal. Today, I felt irritation in my right ear and used an ear bud. Some wax came out, but I think the rest got pushed deeper. My hearing in the right ear is now reduced to around 30%. I can't hear clearly and I can feel something is stuck inside. I started using Clearwax drops again. There is no severe pain, dizziness, discharge, or fever. Should I continue the drops and how many drops should I take and how many times per day?? or do I need ENT wax removal and will it be painful?? Is this anything serious to get worried about?? Please help me in resolving this!!
