Brown colour urine

Hi doctor I have been facing brown colour urine when I woke up in the morning for past 4 days when I drink more water the colour of urine returns to normal transparent but after sleeping and waking up in the morning I could see brown colour urine I don't have any pain while urinating is it anything serious.

OAB- mirabegron- Trying to conceive

I am diagnosed with OAB and was prescribed mirabegron 50mg. I consumed it for 10 days and I feel better. But I am trying to conceive as well. Is it safe to continue this tablet in this situation.
