Hello Doctor, My baby boy is 4 months old. Took his 14 weeks vaccination on sept 12 . Did not poop since 5 days. Feeding well and urine output is well. My baby is exclusively breastfeeding. What is the solution for this?

Food refuses
My 8.5month old baby refuses every food and she is under weight (6.3kg at 7month) already tried several flavours, textures, methods. I am totally frustrated and facing ppd. If she is very hungry, she will take max 4-5 very small spoons, but thats it. I'm not able to take it. Please help me doctors what should I do. Tell me a process to feed her.
High c reactive protein
My daughter is almost 4 years old and has been having an on-and-off fever for the past 10–12 days. Her blood tests showed an elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) level of 31.48 mg/L. The doctor recommended Augmentin for 6 days and Omnacortil for 2 days as a change in medication. However, after stopping Omnacortil, she developed a fever again at night, around 100°F.
