Iron deficiency

My son has iron deficiency so I have started giving him 100 ml of Amla beetroot carrot juice everyday in the morning mostly empty stomach will it help or does this have any side effects

EBF baby +ve Reducing Substance Stool

My baby has suddenly started passing stool 6–7+ times a day and its been more than 2 weeks. Stool test shows pH 6 (acidic) and reducing substances - present. He is 4.5 month old and on exclusively breastfed. Doctor has suggested introducing formula milk, but I’m considering taking a second opinion first.

MRI report of my 2 years old

Our paediatrician advised ct scan head for my 2 year old as his head circumference is more than normal. And then we show the ct scan report to the neuro surgeon he advised mri .please look into the report and suggest your opinion. Is it normal.

Vomiting and mild fever

My 14 month old baby had cold and cough. I used to give him mucolite drop and montair lc syrup. But yesterday I gave him amrox ls syrup. And also we traveled from home town to benglore 2 days back. After giving amrox ls syrup 1 hr later he vomited once and then after that when ever he eats or brestfeed he is vomiting. So I gave him domstal baby drop now vomiting is stoped but he has mild fever first it was 99.3 so I gave paracetamol then after 6 hr temperature is 99.7 so I again gave paracetamol. I don't understand what is happening is it about to worry? Is it necessary to go to doctor and when?
