I experiance internal vibration/tremor sensations in body for around 20 seconds on waking up from short sleeps of around 10-12 minutes. It never happens after a long or full night sleep.
My b12 was 169 .
What could be the cause of this issue ??
I get chills in head, mostly on one side ..last for seconds. Yet the numbness passes through ears and jawline sometimes. Is it something to worry ? Or can be handled with proper diet.pls advise
Few weeks ago while working I suddenly felt weakness, numbness and tingling on my body and couldn't move my hands and legs and had breathlessness. My family checked my blood pressure and it was 130/80
