Delayed period

Hello doctors I had dry humping with underwear and oral activity with my partner. There was no penetrative sexual activity. I have an irregular period and pcos. 40 day , 52 day even 63 days also I checked with UPT 2 times both were negative. My last period was 27 April I don't think the delay is due to pregnancy because there is no symptoms also. What could be the reason?

Is it necessary for beta HCG to doubled

Is it necessary for beta HCG to doubled in 48 hours in first 5weeks of pregnancy? My first beta HCG at 4 weeks 2 days was 370 at 4 weeks 4 days was 685 at 4 weeks 6 days was 1054 Doctor has suggested for a TVS now. Does this look concerning?

Menstrual cycle problem

My last menstrual period was from 22nd to 25th May. Due to contraceptive failure, I took an Unwanted 72 pill on 27th May, within a few hours of the incident. I experienced withdrawal bleeding starting on 2nd June, and it is still continuing. Until yesterday, I was having abdominal pain and leg pain, but since this morning, I have been experiencing significant breast tenderness why it's happening even after seven days of start of the bleeding, to the extent that even a light touch causes discomfort. I am concerned about whether these symptoms are normal side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill and whether they indicate that the pill has pr hasn't worked successfully.  Additionally, could these symptoms be early signs of pregnancy, or are they more likely to be side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill? Should I take a pregnancy test, and if so, when would be the appropriate time to do so?

Please advice

I conceived naturally after 6 years of trying and many medical treatments. I found out I was pregnant on May 19. I have had spotting for 2 days and bleeding on the 3rd day, even after taking the medicine prescribed by my doctor. My ultrasound did not show the baby yet, but my HCG test and urine pregnancy test were positive. My last menstrual period was on April 6. I am very worried and want to know if my baby is safe.
