I have been given Lupride depot 3.75mg injection on Tuesday and I am on Smartilon30. My haemoglobin is 6.6. From yesterday I am spotting and today bleeding like normal period and there is little lower back ache. Is this normal?

Had my periods on April 6th/ lasted for 3 days / had unprotected intercourse on 13th night , consumed ipill early morning 14th/ 29 days cycle.. it's been almost 12 days post I pill I have no withdrawal bleeding ... however I have bad pms type symptoms , breast tenderness / back pain / abdominal pain , very emotional etc ...
