Taking sembolic and Metformin

I am taking semaglutide 3mg and Metformin 500mg two times a day but my sugar came out to be fbs 170 and h1bac 9.48.last time I did my report was 1 month which was fbs179.9 and h1bac 8.6.I am confused .I am finding difficult losing weight I mean it's stable despite having diet .what could be the reason. I am hypertension and OCD patient and have fatty liver. Cbc reports shows  some  high values

I have type 2 diabetes diagnosed 6 month back, I am on metformin 500mg in morning, fasting sugar is under 160 and pp sugar is under 180. But I feel low energy and fatigue also when I lay down I feel tingling and numbness in hands and legs my doctor suggested for cbc test and vit b12 and vit d. Got tested and reports are all normal except some cbc values slightly elevated. My doctor told nothing to worry but still I am having fatigue and numbness in hands and legs when I sleep. So I am attaching my cbc and vitamin report . Want some second opinion from the community. Please help
