Palpitations after insulin change

I  having Type 1 diabetes and Hypothyroidism. For years, I was on premixed insulins (Novomix 50 and Mixtard 30) without these symptoms. Three months ago, my regimen changed to Actrapid before meals and Xglar at night. Since then, I have new symptoms, mainly at night: breathlessness, fast heartbeat, internal restlessness/panic, throat discomfort, and disturbed sleep. ECG and basic tests are normal. A doctor prescribed Fluoxetine, Etizolam, Propranolol, and Livas, but I have not started them yet. My labs show: HbA1c 8.5%, fasting glucose 253 mg/dL, TSH 10.1 (high), low iron, and low HDL. These symptoms began only after the insulin change. I want to know if this could be due to insulin timing/dose and glucose swings, thyroid imbalance, or iron deficiency rather than anxiety. Should I correct these first before starting the psychiatric medicines? Is adjusting insulin or returning to my previous regimen reasonable?
