I sleep at nights 6 hours and afternoon its 2 hour sleep. So my question is thats why i feel lazy,if i didn't sleep at noon i am to exhausted at evening apart from that i goes sleep at daily routine time of night even i don't sleep at noon or may be due to allergy of dust cause cold. I don't confront whats the problem.
Please give me right suggestion.
I am 26 yrs old 65kg 5'7"inch guy and software engineer. Sometimes I wake up in middle of night and go to toilet and not able to sleep unless I do some activity like office work in laptop or read newspaper. Can I solve this problem I mean not able to sleep after waking up in night? I want to sleep properly everyday night. I sleep around 10:45 pm and wake up 7am. I think I sleep too much at this age. Can I reduce sleeping hours? I feel sleepy after lunch at office everyday, sometimes in morning if I could not sleep in night completely. I also want to solve this problem.
I work in rotational shifts and have to work 6 or 7 night shifts per month. But I don't get sleep during day time. I can sleep for maximum of 3 hours. This is affecting my health very badly. Before this I never had habit of sleeping during day time. So now I am not able to sleep during day time after night shift. Is this any kind of disorder and if I consult any somnologist can he/she help this problem?
I m currentlytaking escitalopram .The problem is nightmares . I can't sleep at night and if I do I get nightmares which breaks my sleep. I however can sleep at daytime. i take my med in morning . is there any thing which can help my sleep prob. i m studyng mbbs n i m unable to attnd clases bcz of this. have tried yoga.
My son is 5year and 6months old. Is necessary to sleep in afternoon? Please give me suggestion.
