Body shake/jerk sleeping

Hello Doctor, sometime my body jerk or shake while sleeping its usually occurs while falling asleep, its happening from last 6-8 months history: i had breathing problem 3 year ago taken montek lc tablet 1year, still facing sometime breathing problem specially in winters but not taking any medicine from last 2 years

Not able to sleep properl

I am 26 yrs old 65kg 5'7"inch guy and software engineer. Sometimes I wake up in middle of night and go to toilet and not able to sleep unless I do some activity like office work in laptop or read newspaper. Can I solve this problem I mean not able to sleep after waking up in night? I want to sleep properly everyday night. I sleep around 10:45 pm and wake up 7am. I think I sleep too much at this age. Can I reduce sleeping hours? I feel sleepy after lunch at office everyday, sometimes in morning if I could not sleep in night completely. I also want to solve this problem.

Major depression 3 years

I m currentlytaking escitalopram .The problem is nightmares . I can't sleep at night and if I do I get nightmares which breaks my sleep. I however can sleep at daytime. i take my med in morning . is there any thing which can help my sleep prob. i m studyng mbbs n i m unable to attnd clases bcz of this. have tried yoga.

Pease help(sleeping prob)

Last night I was thinking about future at that time I was feeling slight sleep but I continued day dreaming so at 1 am tried to sleep but no results tried all tricks(fails) stayed awake for entire night just had slight sleep of half hour between.Almost month ago this continued for 7 days wrost 7 days of my life. I'm student and this affects my studies badly. I try to stop my mind but it always fails.Please suggest something and it would be better if solution is possible at home

Insomnia & Fatigue

I am unable to sleep continuously at night and my mind keeps on working unconsciously. I normally sleep off by 1am as I work late night and wake up by 9am. The slightest of sound or light wakes me up. Due to this reason, i feel tired and fatigued the entire day and cannot concentrate on my tasks for long. Should I consult a neurologist for assistance? Please suggest treatment options.
