I have my best concentration at night . So I usually study till late midnight (2 am) and wake up at 5 am in the morning . So i sleep only for 3 hrs in night But I take sound sleep in the day for 4 hrs (12pm-4pm). So is that fulfilling my sleeping quota or I am sleep deprived. Is it harmful or okay
Plz guide me and suggest changes if any.
I am unable to sleep without medicines and if i leave the medicines i suffer from other side effects also. I am taking clonotril and ola as medicine for being an entrepreneur
Sometimes I wake up from sleep and see string-like structures floating in the air, and sometimes it's like the ceiling is coming down onto me. It is slightly scary for a second or two and then I realise that it's not real - a hallucination maybe? This started when I was 17 or 18 (although once I saw a robot-like silhouette in a similar situation when I was maybe 14) and it occurred only twice or thrice since then until about a couple of weeks ago the frequency of occurrence increased - I had these hallucinations 3 times already in two weeks! I haven't been a very happy person for a while now and I don't know if that has got something to do with this problem, but since it's all interconnected somewhere I'd like to know if I have some underlying neurological issues. I've read about this and it seems common but I'm still concerned. Hoping for a good answer. Thanks!
I sleep very well in starting. But after few hours dreams are all over me to disturb my sleep. I am fully disturbed by them and i cant sleep full night and feel so heavy when i wake up. My Eyes are so heavy and i feel fully lethargic and exhausted full day because no sleep. I feel fear during sleep. Please tell any immediate way to improve sleep without any sleeping pills. My weight is 102 and height is 5ft 7 in.
