Hypertrophy vulva

Health Q&A
Skin cracks

I would like to seek your guidance regarding a recurring issue I have been experiencing. After intercourse, I frequently develop small cuts just below the posterior fourchette. These cuts resemble paper cuts—sometimes appearing as a single line and at other times as multiple (up to three) lines. They are often accompanied by a stinging sensation and can be quite painful, especially during intercourse, urination, or when water comes into contact with the area. I would like to understand the possible reasons for this. Could this be related to pubic hair or friction? Would it be advisable for me and/or my partner to shave completely? Also, should I consult an obstetrician-gynecologist for further evaluation? Thank you for your time and assistance.

Vaginal contact during lesbian sex

Hi, I am bisexual and my lesbian partner wants to try scissoring/rub vulvas together. This got me excited after thinking for a while. It seems enjoyable from amateur/pro videos. Will this contact cause any STI? How to do it in safe way. We have only few partners with whom we play in safe way, both are tested and safe. Any answers are appreciated, thanks for your time
