I have endometriosis and chocolate cyst since last 1 year. Doctors gave Dienogest 2mg. Have missed periods for that since October. But cyst size have not reduced since that. Before that if was reducing slightly. Now stopped. Don't know what's the solution to this. Will I have to continue Dienogest lifelong?

I had bleeding twice during the day, then again around 11 PM the same night. The next day, I had slight bleeding again around 8 AM. After that, there was no bright red bleeding. I only had a small amount of brown discharge once, and then everything stopped. The bleeding was not continuous and was lighter than my usual periods. I am concerned about: Whether this bleeding is normal after taking an emergency pill Whether this could be implantation bleeding Whether pregnancy is still possible in my case
