Fungal infections develop due to a variety of environmental and physiological conditions. Fungi live in air, in soil and in water. I got diagnosed with balanitis about 4 days back, while I had only 2 visible red patches under the foreskin with thin discharge sticking on the surface of that patch initially. I never had any itching but had tenderness on the head area, doctor prescribed t bact cream to be applied on the patch two times for 2 days then reduced it to 1 time now however now I still see some white spot again under the foreskin developing at same location. My question is could this be fungal balanitis without itch? I am just wasting time using t bact cream
I have been suffering from facial allergies since March. My face and eyes itch whenever hair touches them. Small, seed-like rashes are appearing. My eyelids are itchy; there is no watering, but the lids feel heavy. The skin on my face is dry and rough, with a strange itching sensation in several spots. The skin is also peeling (like scales). I consulted a dermatologist who prescribed Allegra M, but it didn't work. The problem only subsides if I apply Momate cream. When the allergy is active, going out in the sun makes it worse; however, if the allergy isn't present, the sun alone doesn't trigger it. It seems to be caused by hair or dust. Taking Cetirizine reduces the itching. What should I do?"
