I am in my 5th month of pregnancy and cannot consume milk or dairy products due to lactose intolerance. My doctor has prescribed only 250 mg calcium per day. Is this dosage sufficient during pregnancy, considering I don't consume dairy? What is the generally recommended daily calcium supplementation?
Burning sensation in vagina
I experience a burning sensation around my vaginal area whenever I use soap while bathing. I got my period 5 days after my egg pickup, and this problem started on the 5th day of my period.
