Hello Doctor Normal LMP Nov 27 2025 Normal cycle length 28 to 30 days Last sexual Intercourse dec 2025 Bleeding episodes 26 dec - very light 2 days 4 Feb- watery brown discharge 5 Feb- heavy bleeding with large clots 1 & half day 9 March - light bleeding - 2 & half days Beta hcg 1 Feb <2.3miu/ml 4 Feb <0.2miu/ml 13 Feb <0.2miu/ml 8 March 0.5miu/ml USG 8 Feb - normal anteverted uterus and ovaries ET 5mm mild free fluid in POD 7 March - normal anteverted uterus and ovaries ET 6.3mm Symptoms Mid-jan to mid-feb nausea, vomiting, constipation/diarrhea, right lower abdominal pain worsening with urge to poop(under IV for severe vomiting on 7 Feb) From past 2 months approx 2-3 weeks after each bleed, right lower abdomen pain keeps reoccurring. Past few days I notice bigger breasts w/o tenderness and bigger tummy Does anything in these reports point to cryptic pregnancy where BHCG is undetectable due to hormonal imbalance/hook effect or ectopic/chronic ectopic pregnancy with negative bhcg?
