Genteal Gel substitutes

Hello, most respected opthalmologists here 🙏🏻 I have previously relied on Genteal gel for extreme dryness in eyes. However the same has not been available for several months now. One of its substitute, Eyemist gel, is almost as an ointment form unlike genteal gel and little inconvenient to apply. Can any of the respected opthalmologists here please, kindly suggest me an equivalent substitute for genteal gel? Warm Regards 🙏🏻

Small bump on eye like Granuloma

Here’s the short, corrected version: --- I had pterygium surgery 1 month ago. After 1 week, a small bump appeared where the pterygium was removed.  It shrinks little when I use steroid ointment, but comes back after in its original shape. My doctor suggested using steroid eye drops for another month. Should I wait, or will I need surgery again?  If surgery is needed, will it require autografting like the first pterygium surgery?
